Logistics Executive - Haier Gulf

The Role

• Daily customer delivery order implementation including order consolidation order planning order tracking and ensure delivery on time as per company standard and customer requirement; 3PL management including loading & offloading transportation process perfect order and goods delivery; Accounts reconciliation with 3PL; POD management including collection submission on file Align with internal division including finance sales and operations for the order closure; Daily report management including delivery log or order tracking report and so on; Owned logistics vehicle and facility management regarding as repair and maintain procedure

Requirements

• Minimum of university degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Logistics Management or another related field At least 3 years experience at warehousing and transportation handling or operations management; Familiar with the local logistics industry trends in UAE Keep favorable relationship with contractors consultants and main client at GCC market; Proficiently oral and written communication by English excellent communication coordination and cooperation ability with high execution and stress resistance
