We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Operations Intern. This is a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in a global organization and contribute to our commitment to engineering sustainable solutions. Based in Dubai United Arab Emirates you will work closely with our dedicated team for a period of 6 months.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

• Handling customer requests through SalesForce and responding to cases in line with KPIs
• Creating orders in SAP and planning deliveries in collaboration with the sales team
• Communicating regularly with the sales team and fulfillment team to improve delivery and stock performance
• Managing data quality in SAP and CRM systems and preparing regular reports to the Customer Service Center Team
• Acting as a key link between the sales team customer service and customers ensuring effective communication and resolution of pricingrelated issues
• Utilize Salesforce to create and maintain prospect data ensuring highquality and reliable information.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Fresh graduate or experience with a bachelors degree in Business administration or Supply Chain
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel with the ability to analyze data and create reports
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Fluent in English Arabic and French is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
