Job Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ and Tender pack
• Tender analysis report for Approvals
• Prepares RFQ and issues to vendor
• RFQ analysis report
• Prequalification of contractors & vendors
• Coordinate for the registration of suppliers
• Issue RFI to contractors upon coordination with PM’s
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
• Estimating and cost control.
• Interpreting specifications, price tenders, and preparation of contract documents.
• Interpreting and checking drawings, tender documents, quantities and estimates.
• Managing and supervising Tender / Quantity Surveyor Department and planning and programming workload
  

Job Skills And Qualification

• Proven 4-5 years in Hospitality interiors , Fit outs and Restaurant Projects, or fit-out and joinery refurbishments experience as Estimator or similar role
• Aptitude in understanding the projects and its requirements
• Determine key variables for cost and other estimates
• Gather first-hand information from sites, warehouses or other avenues
• Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production timeline
