Our client is seeking an Events Sales Manager for an F&B Retail firm in the UAE. In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
- To manage and oversee the operations of events and catering department.
- Responsible for setting yearly budgets in line with yearonyear growth and business needs..
- Responsible for the operational running of the corporate accounts.
- Monitor oversee and expand the business development of the department. Will be focusing on client acquisition retention and relationship building in F&B events or catering industries
- Review and monitor post event evaluations ROI s
Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
- 3 years experience in F&B Hospitality or Catering field doing business development
- Must have active client portfolio
- Skills required: leadership pricing & menu knowledge
- Fluency in English language is a must and knowledge of any European languages Arabic or other languages would be a plus
