Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent in the chemical industry.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates including social media job boards networking and industryspecific resources.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting support.
- Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough screening and interviews of potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the company.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hardtofill positions in the chemical industry.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends salary benchmarks and hiring practices to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities metrics and outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA Masters) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience with a focus on the chemical industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the chemical industry including key roles skills and market dynamics.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical and specialized positions in the chemical sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
