Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Front End Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing user interfaces and experiences using JavaScript frameworks particularly React Next.js and Angular. As a Front End Developer you will play a crucial role in translating our companys and clients needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new userfacing features using React Next.js and Angular.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.
- Write highquality maintainable and welldocumented code.
- Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Front End Developer with 35 years of experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
- Experience with Next.js for serverside rendering and static site generation.
- Strong understanding and handson experience with Angular.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with modern frontend build pipelines and tools.
- Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Selfmotivated with a strong desire to learn and stay updated with new technologies.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
