Procurement Officer - Asian Global Infotech

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the manager for the daily operations in IT Procurement;
• Liaise with vendor for price negotiation contract terms and conditions lead time etc;
• Experience in adding new vendors for IT services
• Follow up purchase orders contracts delivery arrangement and cost management;
• Liaise with different parties in IT procurement activities i.e. gather purchasing needs on hardware software and services with IT and Business users;
• Assist the manager for IT vendor management activities;
• Prepare IT procurementrelated reports and analysis;

General Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology Procurement or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in IT Procurement or related aspects.
• Familiar with purchase orders contract terms & conditions etc. will be advantage;
• Positive working attitude with strong analytical skills;
• Proactive Mature & selfconfident;
• Take personal responsibility and accountability for own work;
