As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the company’s growing needs. You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies manage the full recruitment cycle and work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings sourcing screening interviewing and hiring.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expertise on effective hiring practices.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Use various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Profile Sought:
Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of fullcycle recruiting sourcing and employer branding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Familiarity with social media resume databases and professional networks.
Strong decisionmaking skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
