Build longterm relationships with reliable suppliers.
2. *Price and Contract Negotiation:*
Negotiate prices and contract terms to secure the best deals.
Prepare and review contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
3. *Purchase Order Management:*
Create and issue purchase orders based on the organizations needs.
Track the execution of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
4. *Quality Assurance:*
Inspect and evaluate received products or services to ensure they meet required standards and specifications.
Address any issues related to quality or nonconformity.
5. *Inventory Management:*
Monitor inventory levels to ensure the availability of required materials without excess.
Coordinate with other departments to meet their needs effectively.
6. *Reporting and Analysis:*
Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities and inventory.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving procurement processes.
7. *Compliance with Policies and Procedures:*
Ensure all procurement activities comply with the organizations policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to local and international laws and regulations related to procurement.
