The Role

What youll be doing Make outbound calls to customers to identify upsell and cross sell opportunities Build strong relationships with your customer accounts Promote innovative security solutions and generate interest in new CCTV services Develop a strong sales pipeline and schedule appointments for the field sales team Ensuring customers are happy with their current set ups and liaise with our operations teams to ensure our services are being used to their full potential Meeting or exceeding targets and join incentives Work as part of a wider team and taking part in Yo life and make memories

Requirements
Are you the person we are looking for Fluent English Verbal and written Minimum 2 years account management experience 1 year experience in B2B outbound sales Knowledge of CCTV or security software and hardware Experience working with UK businesses is beneficial High energy competitive and positive attitude Customer focused driven and ambitious Confident communicator Wanting to work in the office and be part of a team You can find out more about Yo via our websites and/or socials.
