The Role
Position Title: Marketing Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 22K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus bonus Job Location: Dubai UAE About the Client: A leading AIPowered FinTech company that offers a wide array of webbased corporate software. Job Description: Lead the execution and optimization of the companys brand strategy ensuring consistency and impact across all marketing channels. Develop and implement initiatives to elevate companys brand including content partnerships influencer collaborations and brand activations. Coordinate with internal teams to integrate brand strategy with broader marketing and company objectives. Oversee brand marketing analytics utilizing data to inform strategic decisions and enhance brand performance. Manage the brand marketing budget optimizing resource allocation for maximum effectiveness.

Requirements
Qualifications: 27 to 40 years old Must have Bachelors Degree in Marketing or any relevant field At least 5 years experience as a digital/marketing manager with specific experience in the FinTech/Internetrelated/Cryptocurrency Space/Banking sector and experience in managing marketing teams and campaigns. Preferably with CIM Certification Understanding of financial products markets and the regulatory environment of cryptocurrencies and AI software is preferred. Must have the ability to create compelling content tailored to the FinTech audience. Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
