- HR/HRMIS Operations
- Onboarding End to end onboarding management for employees
- Employee Engagement Ideating and executing employee engagement initiatives
- HR Analytics Data mining and analysis of employee engagement/workforce trends
- Training Conducting training on HR software policies employee performance management etc.
- Performance Management End to end performance cycle management for employees
- Reward & Recognition Ideating/Implementing new and existing R&R initiatives
- Preparation of Job Description/policies/HR strategies
- well versed with UAE labour law
- Employee Leave settlement/End of service
- Measurable KPI
- HR reports/Dashboards
- Talent Aquisition
- should have a knowledge of 360degree Appraisal
- Gap analysis
- Presentations
- experienced with Zoho software
- Scheduling/managing calendar for M.D
- Employee records management
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: AED3000.00 AED5000.00 per month
