الوصف الوظيفي
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
- Minimum 15 years experience of planning in the oil & gas industry including PMC experience. Experience within FEED & EPC experience.
- Experience in large offshore major projects Minimum 5 years experience in Offshore projects.
- Proficient in the use of Primavera P6.
- Experience with Project Scheduling and Cost Control
- Good analytical verbal and written communication skills to accurately document report and present findings
Responsibilities :
- Assess Business Plans for execution Develop strategies and preparation of Operating Budget
- Review and comment on the cost estimates prepared by PMC / Contractors during Conceptual / FEED / EPC phases
- Liaise with the Project Control Engineers of the PMT manage a team of planning engineers from the Consultants and Contractors providing them with technical and leadership skills.
- Reviews And implement Cost Estimation Budgeting Cost Monitoring & Control Forecasting and Reporting requirements for execution of Major Projects establishing strategies and priorities
- Strong foreseeability to identify the potential risks/conflicts and document them.
- Reviews the Exceptional reports of the PMT on Project Control and PMC Monthly Cost Report
