Civil Engineering Specialist

A reputed Contracting Company require qualified and experienced Civil Engineers /Project Managers for their projects in Dubai. Candidates must have:

• Project Planning : Analyze project requirements and develop detailed construction plans.
• Prepare technical specifications for materials and construction methods.
• Project Management & Oversight: Liaise with Clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the construction process.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
• Prepare progress reports and keep all project stakeholders informed.
• Control, monitor and supervise entire project team including subcontractors and ensure that project is completed on or before deadline without compromising quality and HSE standards.

WE are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years UAE experience in construction/contracting companies in respective positions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
