We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics and Procurment Coordinator to join our company. As a company specializing in all types of carpets rubber flooring wood parquet vinyl deckingcarpet tiles fabrics curtains accessories office furniture lighting rugs etc sourced from China Turkey Europe and the US we require an individual who is wellversed in endtoend logistics processes and procurement strategies. The successful candidate will play a vital role in optimizing our operational efficiency and costeffectiveness by developing and implementing strategic procurement and logistics plans aligned with company objectives.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers negotiating contracts and terms to ensure favorable pricing quality and ontime delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize holding costs.
Prepare all documentations such as purchase orders (PO) supplier invoices and inventory forms accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration supply chain management logistics or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Logistics and Purchase Coordinator or a similar role in the flooring furnishings industry is highly preferred.
Indepth knowledge of endtoend logistics processes and procurement strategies.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Excellent communication. Verbal and written
Proficient in conducting market research and analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and cost savings.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify and implement process improvements.
Familiarity with inventory management techniques and ERP software.Should be proficient in MS Office.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documentation such as purchase orders supplier invoices and inventory forms.
