Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Broker Management Executive. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our network of brokers with the aim of achieving sales targets and promoting our properties to potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with brokers including conducting regular meetings providing updates on available properties and addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase broker engagement and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for business growth.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns to promote our properties to brokers and their clients.
  • Participate in property events and exhibitions to showcase our projects and network with potential buyers.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of broker activities including sales reports and feedback from clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions and timely documentation.
  • Stay updated with market trends competitor activities and industry developments to provide valuable insights to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English is a must Arabic language skills are a plus.
