Job Description:
Analyze and evaluate operational processes workflows and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement operational strategies initiatives and best practices to enhance efficiency productivity and costeffectiveness.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including finance IT and supply chain to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare reports dashboards and presentations to communicate findings insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress and measure success.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field.
Proven experience in operations analysis process improvement or related roles.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
