Key Responsibilities:

• Procure to Pay Management: Oversee the entire procure to pay process ensuring seamless flow from procurement initiation to payment processing. Coordinate with various departments to streamline procurement activities and optimize purchasing processes.
• Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory costs. Monitor inventory levels conduct regular audits and implement replenishment strategies as necessary.
• Warehouse Management: Manage warehouse operations including receiving storage and distribution of materials. Implement best practices for warehouse organization and ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
• Stock Transfers: Facilitate interdepartmental and interlocation stock transfers efficiently. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate transfer of materials while minimizing disruptions to operations.
• CrossVerification of Delivery Notes: Verify delivery notes against purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliveries. Resolve discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers as needed.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a supply chain team providing guidance training and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to established processes and procedures.
• ERP Expertise: Utilize SAP Oracle or other ERP systems proficiently to support supply chain operations. Extract and analyze data to generate insights for process improvement and decisionmaking.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any course.
• 45 years of experience in supply chain management preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in SAP Oracle or other ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of procure to pay processes.
• Experience in stock and inventory management.
• Familiarity with warehouse management principles and practices.
• Previous experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
• Ability to crossverify delivery notes and resolve discrepancies.
• Proven experience in managing a supply chain team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
