Procurement Officer - Middle East Group of Companies

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that are aligned with the organizations goals and objectives.
• Identify potential suppliers evaluate their capabilities and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Review and analyze purchase requisitions ensuring that they are complete and accurate.
• Work with other departments to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with their needs and priorities.
• Manage the procurement process including issuing purchase orders tracking orders and managing supplier relationships.
• Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics and conduct regular supplier evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures and maintain accurate and uptodate procurement records.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and work collaboratively to resolve any issues or concerns.
• Participate in crossfunctional teams and projects and provide procurement expertise and support as needed.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
