Our client is an emerging developer with a huge portfolio of luxury/branded residential projects.
This role will oversee the development and implementation of the companys financial stability through strategic planning budgeting analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate for this position must have UAE experience in the construction/real estate development industries.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Cash Flow Management
- Financial Reporting
- Investment Analysis
- Stakeholder Management
- Budgeting forecasting and tracking the stage of development against budget
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance and Accounting. Additional qualification as Chartered Accountant or ACCA is essential
- Minimum of 5 years experience in financial management with a focus on real estate development
- Strong communication and analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and forecasting
- Indepth knowledge of real estate financing including valuation methodologies and investment analysis
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
