Restaurant General Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee the operations of our clients standalone highend venue with different concepts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and driving profitability. This is a fulltime permanent position with great growth opportunities within our expanding company.
Profile :
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daytoday operations of the restaurant including managing staff scheduling and ensuring highquality service is provided at all times
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
Monitor and control all aspects of the budget including labor food and beverage costs
Maintain high standards of food quality presentation and service
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work culture
Foster relationships with customers and respond to their feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to improve performance
Oversee inventory management and ordering to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make strategic business decisions
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a highend standalone restaurant
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability
Indepth knowledge of food and beverage operations including inventory management and cost control
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
Fluent in English additional language skills are a plus
