Oversee and coordinate Civil construction and maintenance activities in a construction or industrial site setting. Responsible for managing a team of Civil foremen technicians ensuring work is carried out efficiently according to specifications and in compliance with safety regulations ultimately contributing to the successful completion of projects and the smooth operation of Civil systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Civil foremen technicians assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the team assisting with troubleshooting problemsolving and decisionmaking during Civil installations repairs or maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment by conducting regular safety inspections implementing safety measures and addressing any safety concerns or incidents.
- Monitor and inspect the quality of work performed by the team ensuring adherence to project specifications industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to communicate progress address issues and make recommendations for process improvements or costsaving measures.
Qualifications :
- Diploma in Civil or Equivalent

- Experience level: 05 years in the construction sector
- HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
