Product Support Executive- After Sales Support - Al Marwan Group

Al Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978 Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management Hospitality General Contracting and Heavy Machinery trading of brand new and used equipment for the Construction Mining Oil and Gas industries.

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Support Executive After Sales Support to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Prospect and develop assigned accounts and provide parts and service to meet customer needs.
• Establish and maintain closeworking relationships with customers at all levels.
• Introduction of Al Marwan parts and service capabilities to all customers.
• Make routine sales calls on customers in assigned markets and maintain a quoting process for parts and service.
• Assist customers in selection of programs that will insure maximum life cycle of their equipment.
• Provide coordination between customers and said departments to provide best possible service.
• Maintain customer contact information sales call reports and weekly call planners.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet the company department or individual goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

• Preferred minimum of 35 years in product support with experience in customer service.

Other Requirements:

• Must have the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized and a good planner.
• Valid driving license
