Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing HR data including employee demographics performance metrics and compensation information.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems to ensure accurate and uptodate employee records.
- Prepare and generate reports on various HR metrics such as turnover rates absenteeism and employee satisfaction.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures by providing datadriven insights and recommendations.
- Assist with the administration of employee surveys including distributing surveys collecting responses and analyzing results.
- Collaborate with HR team members to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes and programs.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support the continuous improvement of HR functions.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for HR meetings and executive reviews.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team including scheduling meetings organizing files and handling correspondence.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
