Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the design, budget forcasting, and planning QHSE standards.
• Work with cost teams to ensure project financing is delivered.
• Manage the preperation of consultant and contractor lists.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and construction standards
• Facilitate communication between the client, contractor, and project stakeholders
• Actively manage the defects liability period ensuring all issues are dealt with.
• Establish effective project governance, prcoesses, and systems ensuring these are kept to throughout the project lifecycles.
• Review and approve construction plans and designs
• Manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise during construction
