Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to enhance the visibility reach and engagement of our YouTube channel and video content.

2. Conduct indepth keyword research and analysis to optimize video titles descriptions tags and metadata for improved search rankings.

3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics including views watch time and audience retention to identify trends opportunities and areas for optimization.

4. Stay abreast of industry trends algorithm updates and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.

5. Collaborate closely with our content creators video editors and marketing team to align SEO efforts with our overall content strategy and business objectives.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in SEO particularly in the context of YouTube and online video content.

2. Strong understanding of keyword research onpage optimization and YouTube algorithm principles.

3. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics Search Console and keyword research tools.

4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

5. Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally in a fastpaced environment.
