Job Description:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of the order fulfillment process from order placement to delivery.
- Managing inventory levels optimizing stock management to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient product storage picking and packing.
- Implementing and maintaining quality control measures throughout the fulfillment process.
- Identifying and streamlining operational processes to improve efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- Working with marketing and sales teams to understand customer demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
- Analyzing operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Staying uptodate on ecommerce trends and best practices in order fulfillment and logistics.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management preferably within an ecommerce or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce fulfillment processes including inventory management order picking and shipping.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
