ID BIM MODELER

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Revit models for interior design and joinery projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with interior designers, joinery specialists, and other project stakeholders to interpret design concepts and translate them into Revit models.
• Model interior spaces, furniture, fixtures, and joinery elements within Revit, incorporating materials, textures, and finishes as per design requirements.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and structural teams to integrate joinery elements seamlessly into the overall building model.
• Create and manage families and components in Revit for reusable joinery elements, optimizing efficiency and consistency across projects.
• Generate construction documents, drawings, and schedules from Revit models, including detailed joinery plans, elevations, sections, and material lists.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination reviews to identify and resolve conflicts between joinery elements and other building systems.
• Ensure BIM standards and best practices are followed throughout the modeling process, maintaining data integrity and model consistency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and joinery manufacturing techniques to enhance modeling capabilities and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with project team members, providing support and coordination to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  
  

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Revit software, with demonstrated experience in modeling interior spaces, furniture, fixtures, and joinery elements.
• Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing processes and construction techniques, with the ability to accurately represent joinery details in Revit models.
• Experience collaborating with interior designers, joinery specialists, architects, and other stakeholders to translate design concepts into BIM models.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes, with the ability to conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate Revit models that meet project requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in architecture, interior design, engineering, or a related field
