LEGAL OFFICER

• The Legal Officer shall assist in managing legal matters and compliance for the project.
  
• The Legal Officer provides legal guidance ensures regulatory compliance and supports effective communication and coordination with external stakeholders contributing to the successful execution of the construction project (either of engineering and EPC stage) while safeguarding the organizations interests.
  
• Contract preparation and review of contract
  
• Contract agreements and Tendering process
  

Requirements

• Strong legal or law knowledge
  
• Knowledge of relevant local state and national regulations
  
• Knowledge about the technical terms and good command in English language to prepare and modify documents / official letters
  
• Negotiation and debate presentation skills
  

Knowledge of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors and auxiliaries including associated international codes such as API and ISO Comprehensive understanding of HE and other regulatory compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable. Professional Certifications Certified Training in RCM Modules preferred. Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Certified Reliability Engineer according to ASQ Vibration Certification - At least Category II (Category III preferred) according to ISO 18436-2. Lube Analysis Certification - At least Level II Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA) (Category III preferred).
