Marketing Manager - Engage Experts

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the restaurants industry in UAEDubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness customer engagement and revenue growth. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our restaurants and drive customer footfall. Create and manage marketing budgets ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media print and events. Analyze market trends consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities using datadriven insights to refine and optimize future campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners agencies and vendors to leverage promotional opportunities and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field; Masters degree is a plus. Proven track record of at least 5 years in marketing management preferably in the restaurants or hospitality industry. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that have resulted in increased brand awareness and revenue growth. Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO SEM social media and email marketing. Ability to think creatively and innovatively with a keen eye for identifying market trends and consumer preferences. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Familiarity with the local UAE market and consumer preferences is highly desirable.
