Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for bringing design solutions to life which adhere to marketing strategies and business goals from a holistic perspective. Possess an in depth knowledge of graphic design digital design styles and layout techniques with the experience of executing marketing projects from concept to production including websites brand materials and packaging.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all design elements from the conception to final delivery print and digital and offline
- Possess a strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product and where applicable driveup standards of digital creativity
- Identify and define processes that work between corporate and hotel to support the development of toolkits guidelines and branding.
- Ensure teams adhere to current processes identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose and create workflows and tools to support design operations.
- Responsible to manage the design tracker and workflow and meet designated timelines.
- Update and gatekeep brand presentation templates for group implementation and organize files accordingly.
- Conduct market trends research to support projects to develop concepts and presentations.
- Integrate different media into projects as and when required to represent the brand in an innovative way.
- Work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects with cross functional teams meeting deadlines and budget constraints and scheduling project implementation.
- Conceptualize campaign branding and create assets to support marketing materials for the Digital Sales and Marketing and Brand Communications departments.
- Present or oversee presentation of final concepts and coordinate production and dissemination for crossorganizational use.
- Manage the design and uploading process of all project materials understand best practices for using a content management system and organizing brand assets.
- Advise and share feedback on assets shared by property i.e. Photography and Video to make sure they are aligned to the brand standards and meet the brand guidelines.
- Collaborate and contribute as a team player across cross functional teams and to support projects.
- Bachelor of Arts / Associates degree in Graphic Design and / or Professional Certificate in Graphic Design and Multimedia preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of professional design and multimedia experience.
- Extensive and wellrounded portfolio showing a solid and fundamental knowledge of advertising design and luxury goods and services.
- Creative detail oriented organized and selfmotivated
- Experience with digital printing and pre and postproduction.
- Specialized in using industry leading software and Adobe Creative Cloud technologies (In Design Illustrator Photoshop Keynote) as well as thorough knowledge of standard computer programs (PC MAC).
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize. multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Behaves with integrity honesty and is open to feedback and collaboration from internal stakeholders.
- Able to develop effective working relationship with fellow associates managers outside representatives and agencies.
- Hospitality lifestyle luxury experience (restaurants and / or hotels) preferred.
