- Managing building and equipment operations schedules.
- Responding to urgent operations calls.
- Ensures safety standards are followed throughout facility.
- Excellent knowledge with Statutory and Authorities requirements.
- Liaising with contractors vendors and suppliers on behalf of senior managers.
- Support projects and sites with ongoing activities and planning to ensure successful delivery of all projects.
- Reporting to the operations management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Apply financial management skills to achieve efficient budget planning and budget control.
- Monitoring operations budget spending.
- Documenting processes and keeping operations records.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in related fields.
- Bachelor s degree in engineering filed OR nay relevant filed.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors and auxiliaries including associated international codes such as API and ISO Comprehensive understanding of HE and other regulatory compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable. Professional Certifications Certified Training in RCM Modules preferred. Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Certified Reliability Engineer according to ASQ Vibration Certification - At least Category II (Category III preferred) according to ISO 18436-2. Lube Analysis Certification - At least Level II Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA) (Category III preferred).
