Litigation Legal Assistant

LHH is hiring a litigation legal assistant interested in a permanent job opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will be supporting complex business litigation. You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, memorandum, discovery, and more; filing and e-filing; calendaring, including scheduling appointment, meetings, and conference calls; and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of strong litigation legal assistant experience, including trial support
• Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
• Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset
