Key Accountabilities
• Plan, manage and control projects with internal and external stakeholders related to the Contract
• Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet contracted requirements
• Develop a detailed project plan and objectives to monitor and track progress across the program; define KPIs to monitor program development
• Direct changes to the program s scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Direct Contract performance across the company and the efficient interface with customer end users
• In conjunction with the program Supply Chain team conduct regular reviews against established metrics of each entity performance against the contracted requirements
• Report and escalate performance or execution issues to management as needed
