الوصف الوظيفي
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to track project costs, analyze variances, and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Maintain detailed records of project expenses, invoices, and financial transactions, ensuring completeness and accuracy for reporting purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including cost analysis and budget performance summaries, to support decision-making processes.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of cost control procedures and systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve cost-related issues and ensure alignment with project objectives and budgetary constraints.
