Roles & Responsibilities Provide ServiceNow support through the full cycle of software development from requirements gathering, solution designing, implementation, configuration, customization, reporting and conducting the end-user training. Focus on the maintenance and administration to all end users on the ServiceNow modules. To make recommendations to improve efficiency of using ServiceNow and all related integrations. Work closely with our clients, Consultants and other Abu Dhabi Ports Units and demonstrate professional knowledge to ensure that Automated Systems and deliverables are of the highest calibre to ensure client satisfaction. Improve the business processes through automation and Investigate and identify areas of the business where business Improvements are possible.
