Roles & Responsibilities
1. Compliance Audits and Reviews:
· Plan, organize, and conduct compliance audits and reviews for retail stores and food service outlets, assessing adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
· Evaluate operational controls, cash handling procedures, and employee compliance with company policies.
· Monitor cash handling procedures, cash floats, and cash reconciliation processes at retail stores and food service outlets to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
· Conduct regular audits and spot checks on cash registers, POS systems, and petty cash funds to detect discrepancies, errors, or irregularities in cash transactions.
