Responsibilities

• Deliver packages and documents to assigned destinations, adhering to specific instructions and timeframes
• Plan and organize delivery routes to optimize efficiency and on-time deliveries
• Ensure package integrity by handling items with care and following proper protocol for fragile or sensitive materials
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor during interactions with clients
• Collect and process payments, when necessary, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including bicycle upkeep and storage
• Communicate with dispatchers and team members to report any issues or delays during delivery
  

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid driver's license or state identification card
• Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and safe cycling practices
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on the go
• Physical fitness and endurance to handle the demands of the job
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability, with a commitment to meeting deadlines
