Logistics Coordinator - MENAT - Dubai - Aspen Pharma Group

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for order execution from readiness at site until it is cleared from the destination port/airport. In addition to multi market warehouse (MMW) coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for achieving to market sales Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly Targets for their markets
• Maintain tracking reports for open orders and InTransitOrders
• Logistics coordination with suppliers
• Initiate and follow up on import permits for controlled drugs
• Responsible for logistics activities starting from shipping to the site until product is available in the port making sure that booking of transportation mode is done on time and documents are in place to clear products on time
• Responsible for giving our supplier and site the green light to proceed with shipments
• Ensure delivery on time in full
• Follow up on LCs opening or advance payments or any other payment methods to process the shipments
• Coleading Supply Chain Projects
• Main KPIs will be:
• Achieving monthly and quarterly tomarketsales ( Targets Vs Budget )
• DOTIF (Delivery On Time In Full)
• OTIF (On Time In Full)
• Logistics Cost
• Documents Accuracy and On Time
• Implementing continuous improvement concept
• Support multi market warehouse (MMW) operation

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor Degree
• Cert/Diploma Any Supply Chain Training
• 3years in Supply Chain
• 1 year in MENA Region
• 1 year preferably in Pharmaceuticals

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Logistic/ Supply Chain Operation Advanced
• MS Office Advanced
• SAP/ERP Good working knowledge
• Demand Planning Advanced
