Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
• Functional Expertise and hands on implementation experience and data migrations with following modules minimum of 8+ Years
• Act as a subject matter expert in their HCM process domain
• Responsible in ensuring processes are compliant with company policies, procedures and audit/legal requirements
• Support the line manager in identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvements in processes, systems and procedures
• Ensure service is delivered with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and in accordance with SLAs
• Measure performance metrics and report performance indicators to line manager
• Lead, motivate and develop team to ensure staff performance
