Technician

Key Accountabilities: • Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings and work instructions to identify different components and materials required for the assembly process. • Test the printed circuit board with appropriate testing devices to ensure optimal efficiency, functionality, and that everything works according to design • Programme and operate PCB assembly equipment including Stencil Printers, Solder Paste Inspection, Pick and Place, Reflow Ovens, Selective Soldering Equipment, and Conformal Coating Equipment to run production volume ensuring maximum output and minimal quality issues • Manage inventory and replenishment of supplies while the Work Order is in process • Ensure that the assembled products conform to specifications; compare finished products to Customer BoM for accuracy in terms of components used, board population, electronic assembly, etc.
