We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and ambitious individual to join our team as a Remote Junior Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will be able to make a significant impact. As a Junior Partner, you will be involved in a wide range of legal responsibilities, from defending depositions and discovery to drafting and arguing motions. This role requires a self-starter who is ready to hit the ground running and bring their existing book business to our firm.

Responsibilities

As a Junior Partner, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

• Representing clients in employment law matters, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring their rights are protected.
• Defending depositions and handling all aspects of discovery.
• Drafting, reviewing, and arguing motions in court.
• Bringing an existing book of business to our firm, contributing to our growth and success.
• Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in employment law and adapting strategies as necessary.
  

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as an associate in the legal industry, with a focus on employment law.
• Proven experience in defending depositions, discovery, initial pleadings, and drafting and arguing motions.
• An existing book of business that they can bring to our firm.
• Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
• Admission to practice law in Florida.
• A self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
