• Job Description:
  • Oversees and monitors the Groups financial position activities capital structure and compliance with covenants to banks and third parties including hedging arrangements where relevant.
  • Collaborates with banks to manage daily operations and ensure effective management and control of working capital lines.
  • Manages interest rate risk by continuously exploring improved market prices and presenting new competitive banking relationships to the board.
  • Reviews manages and establishes internal systems processes and procedures as necessary to uphold the integrity accuracy compliance and usefulness of financial information and reporting.
  • Keeps the Board informed about the groups finances and recommends annual operating plans and budgets aligned with the longterm strategy incorporating both macro and microeconomic factors.

• 45 years old and below
• At least 7 years of relevant UAE experience as a Head of Finance or CFO in the manufacturing industry
