Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, including planning and organizing their work, providing guidance and mentorship, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality standards and establish best practices for software testing and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software products.
• Coordinate and execute software testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Identify and document software defects, and work with cross-functional teams to drive their resolution.
