HR structure and process
Design, implement and maintain HR procedures and corporate policies that promote an effective and healthy work environment in compliance with respective labour regulations.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; promote tde employer branding to external world.
Create recruitment strategy and process, support department managers in developing recruitment plan
Create, implement and maintain smooth onboarding process including new employee orientation
Work with Executive Management to design strategy & plans for compensation and benefits, performance management, talent development and employee retention.
