Senior Contracts Engineer

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Law degree strongly preferred
• Ideally with a post-graduate qualification in Contract Management or in a complementary area

• Demonstrates a high standard of ethical behaviour
• Firm negotiator with good knowledge of contract laws and industry practices especially in relation to oil and gas EPC contract terms and conditions
• Excellent understanding of contract and legal terms
• Sound commercial and technical knowledge
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Self-directed, highly motivated and customer service oriented
• Capable of respecting the rules and governance
• Demonstrate a high level of commercial and technical knowledge
• Highly effective interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Computer literate, working knowledge of Microsoft office packages essential, working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) commercial modules desirable
