Key Responsibilities

• Travel internationally to various outlets across the world to assess and enhance visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with regional teams to address specific market needs and cultural preferences.
• Work closely with store managers and regional teams to adapt visual merchandising strategies to meet local market demands.

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing visual merchandising strategies.
  • 8 + years of experience, preferably within the beauty OR jewelry industry.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficient in visual merchandising software and tools.
