Sales Area Manager

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the sales reps’ activities, including definition of monthly/quarterly orders and shipments target and commission scheme
• Developing solid business relationships with existing and new customers, becoming the point of reference for the Lower Gulf market
• Negotiate commercial agreement with Top & T3 customers
• Coordinate the marketing activities/implementation with the team
• Point of reference for partnership program to generate synergies on frame and lenses categories
• Forecasting activities weekly/monthly by customer/Channe
• Coordinate budget processes.
  

Your Qualifications:

• Drive profitable and sustainable growth of the frame business (Sunglasses/Optical) on Domestic and Top accounts customers in Lower Gulf (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).
• Leading, supporting, and motivating the sales reps’ team to drive revenue and achieve sales target.
• Support and coordinate the activities of the trade/marketing, credit and after sales departments.
• Managing the internal process of forecasting and budgeting.
• 5-7 years of experience within Sales
