Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Human Resource Intern to join our dynamic team. This role will provide the intern with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the core functions of HR and gain valuable handson experience in a fastpaced international business environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes.
- Support the HR team in updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation onboarding and training programs.
- Participate in the development of HR initiatives and system improvement projects.
- Collaborate on workforce planning employee relations and retention strategies.
- Engage in performance management processes.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and the planning of company events.
