Country Manager (Ireland) As our Country Manager, based in Ireland, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in managing sales operations and driving the growth of our business. Role Overview: The successful candidate will drive business growth and profitability by developing strategic objectives that align with the company’s overall vision. You will represent the company by managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, key accounts, and new business customers, whilst also working as part of a wider team to ensure we continue to deliver best in class service to our customer base. Main Responsibilities: Identify and pursue growth opportunities to increase sales revenue Proactively forge new relationships and explore new business opportunities Manage key accounts Conduct market analysis to inform decision making Undertake strategic planning to achieve long-term objectives Build and manage a high performance team Essential Requirements: Minimum of 5 years in a regional sales role Experience of developing and executing strategic plans that meet overall business goals Able to demonstrate the ability to build strong working relationships Excellent leadership skills Ability to identify, pursue and manage opportunities for growth Ability to conduct market analysis to develop a strong understanding of the local market Competent in the use of CRM systems Ability to interpret and analyse data Previous experience of managing a high-performance team Ability to provide reporting and performance analysis Desirable Requirements
